MEDICAL

Resident Medical Officer (Health Screening)
You will be responsible for delivering high quality medical services according to the hospital standards and policies and provide health education and medical advices to screeners.

Requirements:
• MBBS registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably with 3-5 years’ working experience in either restructured or private healthcare setting

Resident Medical Officers (24 Hours Walk-In Clinic) (Permanent / Locum)
You will be responsible for providing medical services to patients for inpatient, outpatient and staff as well as to promote and maintain standards of health care through education for both the public and staff of the hospital.

Requirements:
• MBBS registrable with Singapore Medical Council
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years post housemenship preferably with Accident & Emergency experience

NURSING

Staff Nurses / Staff Midwives / Enrolled Nurses
(Delivery Suites, Post-Natal Wards, Paediatrics, OT, CCU, NICU, 24-Hr Walk-In Clinic & Medical / Surgery Wards)

Requirements:
• General Nursing qualifications and be registered/enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board
• Preferably with Post Basic qualification for specialized wards
• Effective team player
• Preferably with 2 years’ experience in acute care hospital

Staff Nurses (Business Office)
You will be responsible for the daily key operational activities in areas of admission, discharge, estimation of hospital charges and/or translating of narrative descriptions of diagnosis / procedures into codes, according to a pre-defined case mix classification system.

Requirements:
• State Registered Nurse and preferably Degree in Nursing / Management
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in a healthcare setting
• Good knowledge of Medisave / DRG requirements preferred
• Good office and communication skills

Parentcraft Counsellor
You will be responsible for planning and conducting parentcraft / breastfeeding education. You are required to promote and teach breastfeeding and assist mothers to achieve successful breastfeeding.

Requirements:
• State Registered Nurse (SRN) and State Certified Midwife (SCM) with Singapore Nursing Board
• Preferably with International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification.
• At least 2 years’ related working experience
• Possess good Parentcraft / Lactation knowledge and practices
• Demonstrate aptitude for Parencraft / Lactation teaching and passionate in promoting breastfeeding

ALLIED HEALTH

Pharmacist
You will be responsible for the proper dispensing of prescribed drugs, providing drug information and counseling on the prescribed medications for all patients and medical staff.

Requirements:
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Board
• Degree in Pharmacy
• Good knowledge of drugs
• Systematic and organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pharmacy Technicians / Assistants
Reporting to the Principal Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the filling of prescriptions, posting of all charges and maintaining the records in the Pharmacy Department.

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• For Pharmacy Technician post, you must have completed the Pharmacy Technician course organized by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore
• Preferably 1 – 2 years’ experience in a hospital pharmacy
• Good office skills and PC literate
• Team player and good organizational skills
• Able to work permanent night duty and/or day rotating shifts

ADMIN & SUPPORT

Assistant Manager / Executive (Quality Resource Management)
Reporting to the Principal Manager Quality Resource Management, you will assist in the daily operations of the Quality Resource Management. This function includes co-ordination of activities related to quality management system, management of complaints, monitoring of clinical performance indicators and customer service related activities.

Requirements:
• Preferably with SRN qualifications
• Diploma / Degree in any discipline, preferably healthcare related
• Minimum 5 years’ related working experience in a healthcare environment
• Basic knowledge of statistical management preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, SQC and JCI preferred

Human Resource Executive (Training)
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities with focus on Staff Learning and Development. In addition, you will work closely with the HR Manager in developing, recommending, planning, initiating and monitoring of all HR policies and procedures relating to all aspects of Staff Learning and Development. You will work in close collaboration with the HR staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the hospital.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM / Business Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
• Must be quick-thinking, intelligent and assertive
• Able to work independently
• Good team player

Payroll Officer
Reporting to the Principal Finance Manager, you will assist the Accounts Officer to ensure timely completion of the monthly payroll process. You will perform basic payroll duties such as data-entry, updating payroll records and filing.

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably with knowledge of Paymaster
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous, organized and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communications skills

Patient Service Officers / Assistants (Office Hours / Shift Duty / Permanent Night)
Reporting to the Manager, you work with a team of customer service officers in the delivery of excellent frontline patient services and other administrative duties.

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Computer literate
• Good customer service skills essential
• Preferably with related working experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Catering Services Quality Officer
The Catering Service Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring patient’s meals are prepared and served accordingly, conducts kitchen hygiene audits, conducts patient interviews and monitor customer feedback.

Requirements:
• Minimum ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Food Nutrition
• Preferably with 1 year healthcare experience in F&B supervision
• Preferably Advanced Food Hygiene / Food Inspector Certificate(s)
• Effectively Bilingual
